"Mountain Meadows" is a great sampler quilt using gorgeous batik fabrics from Timeless Treasures.

It uses basic quilting shapes such as half square triangles, hourglass units (quarter sq triangles), square in a square, and flying geese units.

You can learn to make ALL these shapes BETTER ---make them perfectly---all the proper size (so everything fits together without fussing or fudging) and with NO missing points!

How can you do this? Learn to use Studio 180 Design tools / "Deb Tucker Tools"!

In this class, you will learn how to read a pattern that does NOT use these tools, and 'translate' / 'Tuckerize' the information using the Studio 180 Design tools.

Suggested but not required: Tucker Trimmer 3 (we need to make big hourglass units). Yes, you can buy the Tucker Trimmer 3 instead of Tucker Trimmer 1, but using the big 13" tool for making small units is very tedious. The Tucker Trimmer 1 is strongly suggested---you will use it for ALL your future quilts!
